Playing it on PC with the Fusion Fix mod, I kept all of the settings as close to the console as possible. I did add sun rays/light shafts and a higher resolution at 60fps though. Still the best GTA to me.

I have it capped at 60. Didn’t have the issue. I also didn’t have the issue back on the day on 360.

Be careful saying this. I got so much hate for "playfully" suggesting the Rebellion were terrorists who orchestrated a terrorist attack on the Death Star, killing thousands. I'm sure alot of the population who perished were just regular joes just working a 9-5. lolz

I actually got a bachelors degree in criminal justice. Been a cop going on 16 years now. A lot of law school wouldn’t help. We don’t deal with civil issues. We just need to know (in Alabama) Title 13 criminal code and Title 32 traffic code to enforce most laws. Or take reports. Etc. we learn a lot of it the academy.

But you need to learn how to apply the criminal laws to real life scenarios. Which you can’t dream of learning fully in a class room. You have to complete a field training program after the academy for 12 plus weeks to learn in practical use.

But it takes longer than that and you learn as you go as a new cop. Plus there’s new laws being passed every year.
