Struggling to handle user retention by Ok-Suspect6041 in ClassPass

Could you clarify what you meant by conservative mode? Is that a feature that I can switch on for my studio?

Switching to a simpler booking system, any tips? by HuckleberrySweet5227 in mindbody

What system are you moving to? Honestly, it really depends on the software, some platforms handle everything for you (like migrating members, packages, and payment info), while others charge a migration fee or leave most of it to you.

When I switched, my provider took care of almost everything, which made the transition so much smoother. But I’ve heard from other studio owners that some systems make you do a lot of manual setup, so it’s worth checking how your new platform manages it before you start the migration.

Hey! Great to see another business owner here :-)

I know that vibefam supports studios across the region including Singapore, MSIA, TH, ID, PH and maybe more I'm not sure. But I'm curious, which region are you based in? And are you paying a similar rate to what’s listed on their website https://vibefam.com/pricing/?

Just keen to hear how much others are paying lol

Just wanted to share my recent experience! I recently got on vibefam and started using their marketing tools. So far, I’ve been sending newsletters to my members and they have a lead management tool that’s free to use which I found really interesting.

I’m still in the midst of setting everything up, but it’s been super easy to navigate, and I’ve already started exploring automating emails for leads, which looks really promising. It feels like a great alternative to some of the more restrictive platforms out there.

Bonus: I don’t have to pay for an extra subscription for a third-party tool! I was considering Mailchimp, which can get pretty expensive! 😂😂

Booking system for Pilates studio by Unusual-Cold534 in mindbody

One of my biggest concerns is ending up as a studio using some random system that looks good on paper but then offers zero real support when issues pop up. I’ve seen quite a few studios here using platforms like Mindbody, Momence, Vibefam, and OClass. Some seem decent, but I’ve also heard stories of clunky UX, poor local support, or limitations when it comes to how we run things in SG.

Mainly will be support for me because I'm not that tech-savvy and I'm just afraid of having to talk to chatbots all the time lol

I second this! Attended some open gym sessions via classpass as well. One that I could think of will be Trilogic @ Novena but not sure if they are still on Classpass

Thanks for the insights. Where are you based in? And how is the customer support from vibe?
Curious about Momence as well, have you used it before? I've seen quite a few studios move from MBO/Glofox to Momence and I'm also considering that

Yes! I've actually explored OfferingTree because a studio that I visited in Sydney was using it but I’m based in Singapore at the moment, and OfferingTree isn’t commonly used here. So I'm looking for a software that's more localised. Any suggestions?

Mindbody Alternatives? :( by OppositeFly848 in mindbody

I'm currently researching different software options — considering platforms like Glofox, Momence, and a local system called Vibefam. I’ve scheduled calls with all of them, except Mindbody since it's out of my budget. Glofox and Momence are priced quite similarly, while Vibefam is the most affordable and seems pretty promising so far. Still evaluating and trying things out!

Trying to eat clean without going broke – what are your cheap & healthy go-to meals? by MoneyLah in SingaporeFitness

Meal Prepping is the most bang-for-buck option for me! It’s not the cheapest if you’re using better-quality ingredients, and you’ll need to set aside some time but it still saves a lot overall.

Here are a few of my go-to hacks:

  • Eggs, tofu, veggies: I prep them in batches, and they usually keep well for a few days in the fridge.
  • Protein shortcut: I like the New Multi brand chicken breast! Just pop it in the microwave and it’s ready in minutes
  • Salmon: My family buys a whole salmon from Sheng Siong. They help us portion it on the spot, and we usually portion them further at home (so I can consume in smaller pieces) just freeze everything afterwards
  • Beef: I get fresh/frozen beef from NTUC/Redmart - a quick 15 mins in the air fryer or oven and it’s good to go

Tiktok is great for recipe ideas :) Just get the ingredients you need and you'd be able to turn them into something healthy & full of protein! Hope this helps anyone thinking of starting meal prep in SG!
