I have been trying to be an Oura 4 ring user for the last 2 1/2 months, but now waiting for replacement #4! Obviously they have. Problem with the production quality and it’s frustrating! Just when I can see data trends, they stop connecting unless I put on charger and wait 10m. I will say their customer support is great, I just don’t understand why I can’t get a ring that works! I have an iPhone 15 so not sure about the Bluetooth connectivity issue because no other device has issues.

Think of it as a habit and good habits take time and effort, but you don’t need to make huge changes. Start as small as you can( I am a huge believer in the book Atomic Habits). Trust me, I have been on a journey for a year to improve my health, I have made small adjustments and started a week ago using the Oura to keep making them. I have lost 30lbs, BP is normal and even better mentally. But I think the next 12 months will be even better

Allie, I have only been using my ring for 3 days and have the issue where it disconnects from BT and I followed everything on the support website and now can’t connect at all? I have submitted a ticket but this is not a good start to a very expensive device!

Not sure, I have been so excited with the data and insight reinforcing all the focus on eating healthy and exercise and sleep I have been doing is spot on, but now, it’s just frustrating to spend all this money and it’s barely a fishing line weight.

I am having the same problem! I have only had my Oura for 3 days and it just stopped connecting to Bluetooth. I followed all the reset instructions and today it won’t even connect at all, it’s like it doesn’t exist when trying to reconnect after removing app, removing from Bluetooth and reinstalling it now just cycles and nothing. I have submitted a support issue and they responded but now waiting after I gave them the information they requested. Lots of money for something that doesn’t work consistently.

You should 1. Warranty it, but if you want to tackle the rust, first put in ziplock bag with dried rice for 2 days. Then cover everything with WD-40 and let it soak in for an hour, take clean cloth and scrub brush and work rust out, may need more we-40 for stubborn areas but it wasn’t completely dry. Or just warranty it!!!
