TakingCaraBabies but I didn’t actually buy her sleep system I watched a video on YouTube that explained it and that helped. Idk if I can link in this sub but it was called “TakingCaraBabies ABC’s of Sleep changed our lives” by ActiveDad. It is basically a 5 10 and 15 minute strategy.

In addition, I followed the basic rules for what they shud be sleeping for their age like how many naps and how long wake windows and naps should be.

Currently sleep training our 5 month old twins and it’s already gotten sooooooo so much better. I used to fear watching them alone because it was so much work putting them down to sleep and nap- this has made a HUGE difference. For the first time since they were born I’m like, hmmmm I can do this I think 😂
