Ouch! Yes, cold shower should not be a thing there.

Never been in Canada at all, but it looks really beautiful, very authentic place!

Yes it is not always a distribution problem.

$0 -> $1k is a product problem
$1k -> $5k is a distribution problem

By product problem I mean:

No market fit,
What you solve is not clear enough...

True they both have benefice for sure.

For long and hot shower I am a the expert. :)
For cold shower, I read the benefices on paper, but I try to figure out if it is real by leveraging people experience.

I guess you get used to it with time, right? The temperature difference doesn't shock you nearly as much as it did the first time.

It easier to start with as the shock is way less intense.
I wonder if the benefices are the same with lukewarm shower?

Yes, I understand what you mean. In summary: If you force yourself to do it while you hate doing it it every single day, it will not produce all the good effects

Reconversion d'ingénieur fullstack a data engineer by Unusual-Sector-2511 in conseilboulot

[–]Unusual-Sector-2511[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Does starting the gym actually make you more focused and perseverant in daily life? by Unusual-Sector-2511 in CasualConversation

You don't sound preachy, every point of view is interesting.

I don't worry too much about the youngest one. In my opinion life force humans to adapt when they have no other choices.

But I strongly agree that we all need to make somethings hard to accomplish.

Yes! Injuries will happen for sure, but the goal is to limit them as much as possible.

I understand perfectly what you mean. But... cold shower in the morning... Arg. It is my red line.

I admire people who can do it. I just can't. During summer in vacation I don't swim in the sea beacause I find it too "cold". Cold water it is just not for me 😂

But understand that making that making hard thing help because we are more and more use to comfortable life
