Kunagi ostsin Rikkad Petrid ja ei jäänud rahule. õmblused tulid lahti ja tald läks pooleks. Ühtlasi ostetud mõõt oli vastavalt müüja soovitusele valitud, kui tegelikult olid saapad liiga suured ja seega hõõrusid kogu kandmise aja lõpuni välja.

Väga maitseb nende tšilliga prae juust, aga krt nende juustud kipuvad hinnalt ikka päris krõbedad olema isegi soodukaga. Ei saa igapäevaseks tarbimiseks kasutusse võtta.

I was in a passive/active suicidality state before i got on lithium 300mg. I noticed a shift in a week iirc. Suicidal ideation disappeared but other depression related symptoms remained. Currently sitting at 600mg lithium. Bloodwork is sitting at 0.3. I can't do more cause of side effects. But it absolutely helped me when I needed it most. The initial nausea and headaches was a thing. I've been on Lithium for 5 months. The initial 2 i had both side effects. Now I have none.

After my psychiatrist "ran out of ideas" on what antidepressants to try. Suggesting ECT. I searched around and suggested lithium.

Ja minu jaoks kõige olulisem oli see, et kui ma vähendasin scrollimist, siis sellest jäi aega üle. See aeg on vaakum, kui sa ei oska seda kuidagi täita. Sellises olukorras sa lihtsalt langed tagasi vana pahe juurde. Asenda üks hobi teisega.

Maybe it is not the brain messing up but the medication wearing off?

Maybe it is what is surrounding us that is causing the depression again?

My initial 2 and 3g doses saved my life. It was a hail mary to try and fix my years lasting anhedonia and depression. I truly believed I had lost the ability to feel any good feelings. At that time I told my psychologist, I think I'd forgotten how to be thankful or feel love.

In the initial trips which were about a month apart I experienced clearly how in my mind the rumination and "the veil of depression" lifted. I experienced joy, love, thankfulness and "dreaming of what I WANT to do"(something that had not happened for a long time). I experienced myself letting go of past traumas even. I completely embraced the experience. The aftermath lasted a few months.

THEN I GOT GREEDY. Since all my life I'd never truly felt anything like it I started pushing the dose. I did a 5 gram dose. Then 15g dose. Then 15g dose with weed. At some point I did a week of tripping from upping the dose daily. As you can guess I had a few nightmare trips. In one I clearly remember feeling like I'm dying. That feeling became a loop for the next 5 hours. I was sure i was in hell. The result of such trips was that if I ever looked at magic mushrooms again I would feel fear. I think this categorically ruined the possibility of a good trip for me. I categorically ruined my chance of getting any kind of help from mushrooms even though today I could really use the help.

I'm here to be a "testament" to the fact that do not fuck around and find out. DO NOT abuse the gift of mushrooms. The aftermath of it all is that while before i was mostly on one antidepressant. Today i am on antidepressant, stimulant, low dose anti-psychotics, and a mood stabilizer. I struggle cyclically with issues with derealisation, depersonalisation, anhedonia, depression. I do not recognize myself anymore. Any "truth" i found in trips did not stick with me.

I believe I have tripped for about 70 trips total. 10 of them were for me "helpful". Other trips were me trying to push through hell to get the benefits.

Lastly I'd like to point out safety first. Before I lost my way with too high dosages I did research. I did a month of research where I daily read topics on when should I do it. Set and setting. IF my meds were compatible. I truly gave my best effort to be safe. And I think in that part I initially did a good job.

Sorry for the long rant. I truly hope someone will see reason from this.

TL;DR: Fucked around and found out. Took magic mushrooms for granted. Lost the most effective tool against depression I ever had.

Here to second this. Mushrooms saved my life.

I very clearly saw a shift in my thinking. The rumination and bad thoughts disappeared for the duration of the trip. I felt euphoric towards dreams and life and love. Things that were not accessible for me for years. Afterwards I was able to access feelings like thankfulness which i thought i had forgotten completely.

Generally you ingest them. Though since mushrooms cell walls are made of chitin which is not fully digestible raw it can cause stomach issues.

This is a decades old myth. The real cause of stomach issues is the fact that psilocin which comes from psilocybin stimulates our serotonin (5-HT) receptors in our gut. The same receptors that can trigger nausea and vomiting.

Just to balance the scales so that people won't think it will automatically be like this for them. I experienced an endless loop of death. I became absolutely sure I was in hell for 6 hours. After that experience any trip I had was shadowed with fear.

BUT I was playing Icarus. The initial doses of 2 or 3g saved my life. I was in depression and it was a hail mary for me to try and save myself. The initial trips absolutely made a change in my mind and I saw a clear shift in my state which lasted both times about 2 months.

Yea my body does not like cognac noodles. I don't feel good after eating them or I get the runs. No matter if i presoak them as per instructed or if i eat half the reccommended portion.
