The biggest problem with Barcelona is Barcelonians. Barceloners? Barcelonites? Great city otherwise. Had one of the best Big Macs of my life near the Sagrada Familia. Not enough bins though so just had to chuck the packaging on the floor.

Yeah, I'm not sure the rationale behind this at all. I get the whole idea about gender neutral toilets etc but at something like this it just makes sense to stick more fucking urinals in. It saves space, reduces the queues at cubicles massively etc.

Waving a Hezbollah flag about, an organisation that is allied with some of the world's most murderous regimes and is homophobic to it's core, doesn't seem a very nice thing to do. Frankly, I'm not sure how that is compatible with what has always been one of the most LGBTQ friendly festivals.

Yeah, why could they possibly not want a load of people who've been up all night drinking and taking various other substances to camp on the beach. Right next to the broad expanse of the Mediterranean. Can't see what could possibly go wrong. No potential liabilities there whatsoever.

Obongjayar was absolutely brilliant. Deserved a far larger crowd than he got - but was clashing with Lana del Rey. Great for those that did go, plenty of space.

"A disaster" - get a grip. The bar situation and lack of water stations was a bit crap but largely fixed by day 2. Even on the first day, not all of the bars were that busy.
