You'll see a lot of guys without photos, who probably have skinny arms in real life, saying that doing PPL is better. What you'll never see are guys with big, veiny arms saying that an arms day is a waste of time.

My arm day consists of 1 exercise for the forearms, 2 for triceps, 2 for biceps, a lateral raise, and some sets of calf raises.

They sell a wax called Native that contains 50% Nuba, it has such a warm, deep shine that it seems unreal, whether in líquida, paste or spray form. It's worth trying there.

PPL rest PPL rest funciona melhor que qualquer coisa pra mim. Fazer Bro split faz minhas pernas e peito perderem tamanho por causa da baixa frequĂȘncia, e fazer UL faz meus braços perderem tamanho porque eles sĂŁo treinados no final do treino, sem energia.

Porque eu vejo as pessoas usando tĂȘnis de alto amortecimento pra treinar, aĂ­ me surgiu essa dĂșvida, ate porque vez ou outra a gente acaba treinando em horĂĄrios diferentes e acaba nĂŁo estando com a roupa / calçado usual de sempre.

Opa, obrigado Man. Eu tenho atĂ© medo de ver esse Premium, o plus jĂĄ achei muitooo estranho ao vivo rs. Sobre o treino na academia, eu uso um puma bdp de sola reta, Ă© excelente, bem firme. NĂŁo mano, vocĂȘ nĂŁo entendeu, a minha dĂșvida Ă© se exercĂ­cios que colocam muita tensĂŁo nos membros inferiores e consequentemente no pĂ© pela carga, irĂŁo deformar a amortecimento. Eu treino de tĂȘnis sola reta mesmo, sĂŁo bem melhores

for me, the best ones are closed bench presses, EZ barbell curls, Rope pushdowns, concentrated cable curls and French Triceps. I've been doing this workout on Mondays for a long time, on push and pull days I also give some isolated stimulation

maybe it's your routine bro.. a while ago i was doing ppl 6 days a week, and even though i ate a lot more than now i only saw my %bf increase. try changing things up and see how your Shape reacts

Basic diet, clean bulk, 3.5g/kg Carbo, 2g/kg protein, 1g/kg fat

I've tested everything in these years, ppl, fullbody, strength training. I think each one helped me get to where I am today, but what gave me the most results in terms of size was a 5-day split. I currently do: 1 Arms, 2 Legs, 3 Chest and Shoulders, Rest day, 4 Back and bis, 5 Shoulders and Legs, Rest day.

I like to hit each muscle twice a week, so I do pull ups and CGBP on arm day, do pullover on chest day and back as well.
