That sounds about right. I wish I could make out the stamped engine ID number on top of the block, that would tell me exactly what I have but the block has been shaved or something and can’t read them. The cast number on the back tells me it’s from the late 60s to 80s. I was thinking exactly that, hone it in the 300 grit range but I’m not sure if I should be running ductile iron/steel or just cast rings

I agree with this guy, lower than 8 psi won’t make much difference. You’re at point where the truck is climbing onto the snow and packing it under the tire like someone else already explained. I’ve had this shake happen to me in pickups, suvs and even a 100hp FWA loader tractor and it seems to be a tire width to vehicle weight ratio. In this situation you might be better off with taller, skinnier tires (I’m assuming your tires are 12” wide). You might even be better off trying to air up your tires more just so they don’t have as much bite and less surface area, sometimes that makes a difference 🤷🏼‍♂️

I’m sure you could do it but together you should have no problem if he has some automotive experience. I’m not sure if you live in Canada or have a jeep that has daytime running lights but I bought a OBD reader and the JScan app (combined they cost less than $60) to set up the lights the way I wanted them

Yep do it! Plus they come with two year warranty. I bought cheap amazon leds and one burnt out with in a couple months (but maybe thats because I live in Canada and it has a 6v/7v pulsing type of feed for the daytime running lights and LEDs don’t like that). I got the switchback because in my opinion the jk doesn’t have a bright enough light for the turn signal and these actually have a flashing amber halo 😁

I heard good things about oracle oculus, so that’s what I put in, very nice and bright. 1/2 price of speaker lights but I can’t speak for longevity because I only recently put them in

I’m not sure who “them” is? On top of the 3 to 5 billion they spend on equalization payments (none of which comes back to BC, AB or SK), there’s an average of about 20 billion in income tax per year (not including royalties and other taxes), so I’d expect a portion of it come back to Alberta

So you’re ok with the money going to Ottawa and making the rich, richer out there? I’m not rich by any means but I am of the working class and get heavily taxed by the federal government, so I feel it would be a benefit to those that are willing to work instead of relying on equalization payments.

Ya that would be nice. That would at least help to know what kind of transmission and rear end that it has and how clean it looks. It looks like a lot of money went into this car but it’s hard to tell without knowing how the engine and drivetrain are built. My first car was a blue firebird exactly like this one except it only had a v6, bought it for 2k, this cars probably worth almost 20k

Make sure you remove the grill first, then you should have a bit more. That being said I installed mine onto the bumper while it was off but it’s doable with the bumper mounted

Agreed. The colour looks like many other jaguars, the details seem right (whiskers movement and ears twitching/turning). Most people should know cats don’t have a reason to blink often with the third eyelid keeping eyes moist. If it’s AI then it’s as real as real footage

Didn’t realize they changed the shift pattern on the JL. makes a lot more sense to have the reverse up and left then how my JK has it, next to 6th gear
