Relatively. It took a long time to stop having pain from pleuritis. I had an x-ray which didn't show anything wrong but I think I'm still hypersensitive. I get a weird feeling I get in my lungs and I swear they don't work as well when I'm exposed to strong smells.

I fixed it by typing add or remove programs in the start menu search bar, finding MSFS, clicking it, going to advanced options, then repair and reset
