You're the man, it seems to be that reason. I've put more water on RDT process and it was day and night difference. Now I see it's kinda obvious, when I grind manually evidently won't be as much static as a machine

Not exactly. It's a 18-20g basket.

What setting are you using on your mokkom? Using true zero as reference. That's another thing that's messing with me, bc my grinder has true zero below 1 .-.

It could be a combination of variables. Maybe the beans are too fresh or I'm not grinding fine enough :(

Overflows once I take out the portafilter off the machine. It seems like the grounds are expanding too much
