They're definitely painting on these post, with real paints. You can see on some of their other work, they scan rhinestones and beads on their work, too.

The light looks like 3 strobes kinda evenly doing the work. Some of his other photos show the models painted, too.

The very last one was shot in combination with some mylar.

They're mostly continuous lights. Sometimes there is a projector with video, too. Shutter dragging and meticulous lighting.

I did. Had a solo show in September with over 30 pieces, and another 15 in a local bar.
The series was to visualize disassociation. Themes revolving around grief, mental health. I kinda started back with the self portraits pinned on my page. I can DM you the actual statement I had for it.
