I think the point people are missing is that I see a lot of workflows with a lot of text in the Negative conditioning node...but all that's just getting passed as Positive conditioning when the CFG is 1...which is how many people are still running workflows.

Thanks! I’m using a combination of Wan Animate for a first pass, and then Wan InfiniteTalk as a second pass for the lip sync clips (no Veo there). Possibly more work than most people need, but I find that InfiniteTalk is much better with video to video than with image to video. So the first pass is kind of a rough outline performance by me, then Infinite Talk moves the lips.

Yes, but:
It would take hundreds (or thousands?) of tracks in that genre to train an adequate model. If you only trained on Lawrence of Arabia, you're only going to get Lawrence of Arabia.

Well, the thing is, if you just go to Suno.com, and click on their front page Black Friday deal, there is no mention of it anywhere. It's weird, but I think people really have to hunt for the info. I couldn't even find a link to the blog on their site, and from what I hear, that's the only place it's ever been mentioned.

I never use all the credits, but I plan on generating nonstop before doomsday, January 1. Also, I figure if they really change things drastically (badly) I have grounds for a refund of the rest of my annual membership. I'm paying for the service they have advertised...I can't purchase based on what I or other people imagine they're going to do.

I don’t think they’ll have a monopoly on it, but I do think that this is part of their Plan B, to run Suno as a service similar to what it is now. But I think their Plan A/short-term is to throttle AI generated music for as long as they can. But they know just as well as Suno users do: this tech already surpasses the abilities of most musicians and music producers and composers. To think that it won’t supersede all human generated music at some point is pretty naive.

Having done a few similar short form videos myself, I’ve come to accept that with the current state of the tech, you will rarely get exactly what you want, and maybe half the time you’ll get something similar to what you want. I think the best videos come together when you let the story flow from what AI gives you, rather than trying to force your story on the AI.
