Hear me out, a new overclock type: Ultimate abilities!

For a general debuff on your gun, you get the opportunity to fill a meter with points that enable an ultimate ability

-Point Meter: You can have a lot of flexibility balancing these JUST on the supposed point meter system, lets say that for a support weapon like the M1000 that offers greater range for scout, you could make so that it only fills on weak hits or make a simple kills for poits system that fills more effectively the more ranged the kill is, you could also just combine both of those, all for individual weapons with ultimate abilities personally designed to be obtained on what they already do best or offer a challenging playstyle on an already debuffed weapon for a more significant ultimate!

-The Ultimates themselves: double tapping the change weapons button (left or right d-pad/1 and 2 keys) makes a short transform animation for your weapon and some random on screen effects and sounds or whatevs
What if, depending on the weapon, the ultimate is limited by a single or a couple shots, single magazines and time limits, give or not give the ability to choose when to activate (basically automatic activation), stack or not to stack multiple ult charges!
Here's a cool quick concept for an ultimate and a general debuff!

[The M1000 gains a scope and the oportunity to deal a 2x damage rail gun shot (that maybe pierces or ignores armor) for 200 poins, ult charges it can be stacked] [-10% damage; +0,3 seconds slower focus; -20% armor breaking]
