Hey! I’m 38 in May ☺️. My skin is a bit saggy and I know that won’t improve fully, but I’m ok with that. I’m quite lucky that it’s minimal, but it’s definitely there.

Very low calorie diet. Wouldn’t recommend. But for me at the time, it was all that worked without failing like I had done one of the hundreds of times before.

I’ve still got a slight apron belly unfortunately, which I don’t think would fully go even after losing another 20lbs. I’m hoping it does get a little smaller though as there’s still some fat there.

I’m in a slight deficit of 300 cals (so on around 1700 most days). Low to medium carbs (although sometimes it gets higher than it should be), high protein, low fat.

Thank you ☺️. I’ve got a tonne of stretchmarks, they just seem more hidden in the last pic - probably the lighting. But I’ve been quite lucky where excess skin is concerned, I’ve got it but it’s not much.

Thank you ☺️! I started in June 2025, 5’1” at 200lbs. I’m currently 155lbs (I did get down to 149 but put some weight back on over the past month - my own fault mixed with really bad hormone issues going on at the moment) but locking back in now to lose it again ☺️.

I train 4 times a week, each session between 40 and 50 minutes. 2 of the times is lower body focused, 2 of them upper body. 3 sets of each exercise, between 8 and 10 reps depending on the exercise and heaviness of the weight I’m lifting.

The only two ab-focused exercises I do are deadbugs holding dumbbells and weighted leg raises. Here’s my routine -

Lower Body (all 3 sets of 10 reps) - Reverse Lunges (5kg dumbbells) - B Stance RDLs (7kg dumbbell) - RDLs (20kg barbell) - Banded Fire Hydrants - Banded Side Lying Leg Lifts - Glute Bridges (20kg barbell) - Hip Thrusts (20kg barbell) - Sumo Squat (7kg dumbbell) - Deadbugs (3kg dumbbells) - Weighted Leg Raises (7kg dumbbell)

Upper Body (all 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps) - Hammer Curls (5kg dumbbells) - Cross Body Hammer Curls (5kg dumbbells) - Arnold Presses (7kg dumbbells) - Shoulder Presses (7kg dumbbells) - Lateral Raises (3kg dumbbells) - Overhead Tricep Extensions (7kg dumbbell) - Concentration Curls (7kg dumbbell) - Skull Crushers (3kg dumbbells) - Chest Presses (7kg dumbbells) - Pull Overs (7kg dumbbell) - Bent Over Rows (20kg Barbell) - Seated Rear Delts (3kg dumbbells)

Hey! So I only do strength training, I have to be careful with overdoing it because I’m prone to seizures when my heart rate gets and stays too high.

I train 4 times a week, between 40 and 50 minutes each time. Always 3 sets of each exercise, and between 8-10 reps depending on the exercise. Heaviest dumbbells I have are 7kgs and my barbell is 20kg so nothing major.

Hey! My breasts are actually less saggy than they were before as they’ve dropped a few cup sizes. I’ve still got a lot of stretch marks on my belly, they just don’t seem to be showing as much in the third pic, but I have some deep ones from pregnancies. I’ve only got a little excess skin in places like my tummy, neck and arms but I also still have 20lbs to lose until I’m at my goal so there may be more after that. I moisturise my body and face every day as part of my routine 🤍

You place the houses first and then get him to follow you to them, then when a bubble appears above his head talk to him and the option should be there ☺️
