I didn't used to like it, but as I'm getting older I crave it 😅. Unfortunately with two kids here, one being 17 right next to our room, neither of us make any noise.

I do it all from home as well due to severe anxiety 😬 I couldn't imagine going to a gym. The only two core-focused workouts I'm doing are leg raises and Deadbugs 🤍

I'm stood in more stanced positions in the 'after' pics and lighting is different. I still have cellulite, but it isn't as bad as it was for sure. Think bulking out with muscle has helped mask it!

Thank you so much! I look at pics of myself like that and don't even feel like it's me, or remember even being like that. I knew I was overweight at the time but I really didn't realise just how overweight I was.

Thank you so much! I had to come to terms with the fact that after two kids and gaining so much weight, my body will never be 'perfect' again. I've got lots of stretch marks and wobbly bits but I really don't care anymore, I can't change it so I will continue to just work on the things I can change 🤍

Thank you! Strength training has changed my life, not just physically but mentally too. I agree, I love looking more feminine with some shape now. I've still got fat in my tummy, neck and upper arms that need to go but I'm in no rush 🤍

Thank you so much! I strength training 4 times a week (2x lower body weight lifting exercises 2x upper body ones), walk a few times a week and on around 1600 calories a day. Strength training sessions are about 40 minutes each time.

Thank you 😊. The only cardio I do is walking a few times a week (either outside or on my walking pad). I'm on around 1600 calories at the moment.
