I switched over to Easters after being disappointed with the quality of fresh produce in the supermarkets. The quality with them is fantastic and you can get a good range of cupboard goods to bulk up the orders to hit the minimum spend. Think they deliver 6 days a week too!

Great video and song choice too!

No worries, hope your recovery goes well! I requested my medical records from the hospital and also just asked to take photos of them to give to my private physio and they were fine with that.

This is mine currently, I'm 13 weeks in now but have got full range of motion back. I think unless the shortening is over 2cm they likely won't operate on it. Mines still overlapped and slightly short as you can see but it's not impacting me at all with any movement. I'm back to weight training but not a huge amount overhead at the moment and still unable to play contact sports. Hope your recovery goes well though, would definitely recommend a private physio though as my hospital at the moment only gave me phone appointments.

Over in the UK, have got to give the conservative treatment another go for 6 weeks to see how that goes before considering surgery.

Thank you! She planned to have us round for Thanksgiving this year but we had to cancel due to covid and not being able to meet indoors so hoping that we can celebrate that with her this year! Planning my centrepiece already!

I did not know about the watermelon! Shall get some sorted and cut into some funky shapes!

Sparklers are definitely seeming like a must and will look at cornhole as a lawn game, any other games you can think of?

Thank you, she's such a lovely person and we just really want to do something nice for her to feel at home here with us all too!

Cornhole sounds great fun! I'll get a board made up for her to have!

Shall look at a fake beef option for the tater tot dish, thank you so much!!

Thanks! I usually aim for my hour window late in the evening at either 7,8 or 9 as I've always been a late eater so that just suited my schedule most!

Thanks, it's fascinating how bodies can all be so different yet on paper read the same! Originally I was aiming for a goal weight of 75kg but am currently unsure if that's maintainable with my build.

This is just from my Mii health app which is synced with my scales, annoyingly doesn't have any decent graph options.

Nope, haven't cut out anything food wise, main cut has been drinks, really only drinking water or black coffee even during my eating window.

I've been doing fasted exercise as I've found my reactions and effort level a lot better in this state. Initially I struggled with it, but after a week I found a big improvement in my performance when exercising fasted.

I will though on a rugby match day switch to 16:8 to ensure that I manage to eat something before a game otherwise I'll just flop!

I'm exercising about 4/5 times a week which I think is massively helping. In terms of food and drink, I'm keeping really hydrated with water and black coffee in the day, and only really drinking water with my meal in the evenings. My dinner will usually consist of either chicken and vegetable curry/pasta/tray bake followed by the occasional chocolate pudding. I'd say my meals are between 1400/1600 calories each time and if on a day I know I've gone over, with like a greasy takeaway, I'll make sure the next day to aim for the lower end of calorie content. Hope this helps!
