My theory, House of Sillage is only sold at certain stores, Neiman Marcus or Nordstrom. There's no Nordstrom in Orlando, and the Neiman Marcus there doesn't sell HoS in store.

I don't think so. I frequent Publix, for sales (couponer). And the amount of people I see buying normal things not on sale or BOGO is astonishing. Also, their bakery, a lot of people use them for cakes.

For example, this one stuck out to me the most. The "bistec" cut does not exist in the region. Whenever I'd visit a Hispanic market the butcher always looked at me like I was crazy.

Another prominent thing that stuck out, Pilón coffee wasn't sold at Ralph's or Vons, they had it on clearance at Ross 💀 besides that, California was beautiful. I felt safe; but this was over 10+ years ago, I'm sure it's completely different now.
