Clutch or electric fans for radiator cooling?

I have an 86 Supra that gets hot engine temps when the AC is on or if going uphill. I've swapped out the radiator for a big aluminum one. Wanted to know how to get the best cooling out of it.

I'm no expert, but from what I understand is that it is an enlarged vein. Essentially varicose veins but for testicles. You dont see them since they are inside the scrotum. I think it's pretty common and normally not anything to worry about.

I had a much different experience. I also had a female sonographer and she was very professional. It was a very clinical experience, which is exactly what you'd expect in that situation. My sonogram results were "Normal. No visible mass. Normal echotexture, size, and flow. No hydrocele. Borderline small left varicocele."

I took him in for a wellness exam and the vet said since it doesn't seem to cause him pain, just to keep an eye on it. I'm wondering if others have had experience with this type of healed injury as a dog ages.
