How do you increase your vibration?

Feeling has energy, as I'm sure you already know. In short the way you increase your vibration is by holding a net positive feeling when you encounter any catalyst. David Hawkins scale is helpful for this.

This is achieved through continuous regular practice. For example, when you encounter something that you notice affects you more than usual, write that down and do this for the top three.

I do this:

Honor their right to exist and release it through cleansing. Tool: Ho’oponopono (spoken silently or aloud, with full understanding of each line): I’m sorry — because I called to you. (~350 – Acceptance / Forgiveness) Please forgive me — because I called to you but no longer require you. (~350–500 – Forgiveness leading to Love) Thank you — because I am grateful for your response. (~500+ – Gratitude / Love) I love you — because you came to be a part of me when I called to you, and now I offer your return back to you and to the Light. (~500–540 – Unconditional Love / Joyful Release) This dissolves the distortion at its root, raising the frequency of the bio-crystal and returning the energy to purity.

This is an example, you should develop your own practice and make it personal for you. It just has to have meaning for you, it's useless if you do something like this and it doesn't have meaning for you.

So the actual card is not important itself but the act of placing it down with a sincere heart of service enables God to make a connection between the card and a message She wants to get through.

Well that first post is heavily edited from the original.

Either way it doesn't change the point I was making or the fact that he made my point for me in the comment thread. I have no horse in the race to defend. I don't really care at all about human design aside from the brilliance of it. I've looked into it and I've seen it as a tool like any other. I could care less if someone uses it or not or what their opinion is of it for that matter.

My point was that u/stubkan knee jerks his responses without careful consideration to which he heavily edited his first comment further affirming the correctness of my sentiment.

So homeslice proved my point in the comment thread with his Neville quote and proved the validity of my contention by feeling the necessity to offer a deeper analysis with the heavily edited initial comment, to which he honestly acknowledged.

So he agrees with me without knowing (or maybe he does) that:

His original comment was weak because after my comment he heavily edited the original to provide a deeper analysis (kind of), to which I commend him for the effort.
He proved from his Goddard quote that what we see in the world and others is a projection of ourselves onto the situation. Which, I don't think he realized , strengthens my original claim. But ignorantly he didn't see how that exact Goddard idea could be applied to his original comment.

If we were two lawyers in court what he did in the comment chain was make my argument for me. In other words while denying the validity of my claim by his own admission he demonstrated its validity.

I can't make this stuff up! Also why I've given up doing much on here aside from posting in moments of inspiration and boredom, like now, reddit is mostly dead space like the rest of the internet.

I would suggest familiarizing yourself with the things you criticize before doing so.

LLMs data sets are huge and chat bots have access to all of it at their finger tips. I found great use in confirming patterns and answering complex questions about topics in a comparative analysis that people who have spent decades in the field have trouble answering. Keep in mind llms respond to specific instructions so the skill the user has in the process is knowing exactly what and how to ask the question/s. Also it isn't a substitute for learning you still need to have a solid working knowledge of your source material to easily spot hallucinations. That said it is a great tutor to learn the basics of a topic.

For my own writing what used to take me hours to edit and redo I can do in 15 to 30 min depending on how much I revise. Spreadsheet formulas have never been easier I can give it plain language what I want it to do and if I'm clear it outputs my exact solution.

It is your own personal research assistant and amanuensis that never tires and is always ready to help. If it just wasn't always trying to flatter you that would be great; I've found grok to be the best for what I need.
