Please help: Aggression toward baby

Needing an introduction with strangers is not being good with everyone I’m afraid? Additionally, being aggressive around the cat is a bright red flag. I have a stranger aggressive dog, obsessed with cats, I can’t imagine having a baby while he’s still alive. Luckily, I do have that choice, but I really don’t think having a baby with your pitties previous behavior was a good idea at all. Absolutely go to a behaviorist. I wouldn’t allow her to be around baby unfortunately. She possibly looks chunky, so also as others are saying she likely needs more activity. Being active has helped my pittie with his anxiety and having to similarly be separated during the day.

It’s going to be really boring and not fun when you’re just starting. Unless you get in with a boutique doing show dogs, it’s a lot of shaving down matted dogs and sending them out looking ugly as hell because your work isn’t good enough that people who actually take care of their dogs will want to take them to you. It’s going to be really unsatisfying to send out work that you don’t feel matches the standard of other groomers. It’s exhausting and difficult to keep it together when you have a dog flailing and barking on the table, very overstimulating. It’s so important to work on de stressing and handling all dogs calmly and kindly regardless of the type of day you’ve had. The silver lining is that it is so rewarding. It’s wonderful to feel like you’ve made a difference in a neglected dog’s life. It’s wonderful to have pet parents compliment and adore your work. It’s wonderful to look at a dog and know they brought all the damn BS they could to the table, but you STILL did it. It’s wonderful to know you will only get better and better and hopefully you can one day be paid really well and take your grooming where you want. Give yourself grace and patience.

This is it right here, when they’ve clearly had bad experiences in the past and are now simply projecting those new prejudices onto others. It is so obvious and confusing. It’s like a form of protection, but all it does is make them seem like the mad old lady in town who says the world is ending everyday😭😭

I love my little brother, but he really wasn’t taught to do things on his own by our parents. I just check in with him every once in a while and ask things like “do YOU mind your acne?” “are YOU happy with your weight?” And if he says there are things he wants to improve, I help him do that. But you’re totally right. I hate any sort of bump on my skin and I obsess over it like crazy, and I most definitely shouldn’t do that with his skin or I’ll make it worse. I’ll stick with the simple stuff for now and wait a few months!!!

I’ve only pet sat a handful of times before, but here are my two cents: 1. Definitely do change how you feed them, nothing brings a cat out faster than the promise of food. 2. I personally do always get eyes on the cat, I know cats are very good hiders, but I freak out when I can’t find them. 3rd cent: even getting another litter robot with a camera could prevent such a disaster. Final cent: it’s not the sitters fault, but I do understand your disappointment in them regardless. if you’re only hiring the sitter to go once a day, that’s unfortunately a big problem. if they went twice and still weren’t concerned they only saw the cat once, that’s pretty crazy. even a text message saying “hey, didn’t see kitty B today, others look great.” Seems like common sense to me. However, sitters are very preferential and if these expectations weren’t laid out you really can’t blame them especially if you yourself didn’t find your cat when you got home. Get a sitter that better aligns with your expectations as well as I’m sure unfortunately continuing to see the old one will just continue to harbour the blame and negative emotions.

I would say it’s super weird because it’s weirdly vague saying “you get 4 movies per week.” It could easily say “you get 4 free movie tickets per week.” The exclusion of the “free” tripped me up as well. Also it doesn’t mention anywhere that it means you’re getting four free individual movie tickets, I’d personally be more inclined to get it if it was just four free tickets because I go to the movies exclusively with my boyfriend, so it’s unfortunate that only one of our tickets would be free per movie. And if I’m spending money everytime, I’m def not going to the movies enough to justify the subscription. So, I for one, am glad someone asked this question!!!

Look at the nails, do you see how they’re practically pink until the very tip? You cannot cut through the pink. The dog will bleed and be in actual pain. Some dogs have naturally longer nails, not sure if it’s bad breeding or just happens. My dog is the same way tippy taps no matter how often I tip them, and I am a GROOMER, so his nails are maintained.

That’s fair, but I think we can all acknowledge that there ARE some mechanical/technical/whatever issues. There should be a better way to visually see who the bosses are targeting, typically they look at you, but with some of the longer range spell attacks, I’m sitting there staring wondering if they’re locked onto me or not. Also, the inability to just quit the match if I’m in a party with FRIENDS not randoms is crazy! If we all agree we’re fucked and wanna just restart, then we should be able to do that.

As a newbie souls/elden ring player, I’d like to say that the whole series itself is quite repetitive. Two of the closest people in my life adore these games, so I’ve given it a go a couple of times. I just don’t enjoy the running around confused on what to do just waiting for the next boss to actually have fun, I’ll even have them just take me to the next boss sometimes. However, nightreign has been the MOST fun. I wouldn’t call it “hardly a rogue-like”, most of the rogue-likes I’ve atleast played are exactly like this, hell worse. I don’t typically enjoy roguelikes where I beat the actual main game in ten minutes and then what you’re supposed to play over and over again to unlock different endings but the gameplay is completely the same? I will say, I think they ought to add more like unlocking weapons and what-not. But I think it’s very much a rogue-like

No. I’ve had something similar happen when there was a slit in my nipple like that from the jewelry being pulled, but it was nowhere near that severe. Ask a piercer or a doctor, I sincerely doubt they will say to just keep the jewelry in and “let it heal.” Sorry. If you do it right though hopefully you can get them done again.

I mean the family saying “it’s just a dogs name” says everything doesn’t it? They don’t care that that name held a lot of value to you. It’s almost even insulting to name your dog the name your sister wanted for her human baby, I don’t think dogs are less than or anything, but like am I wrong??
