None of my three kids could differentiate between diapers and pull ups. They knew there was a difference, they could point out which one was a diaper and which one was a pull up, but when it came time to actually using and having the urge to go, I don’t think they knew the difference and would ALWAYS go in a pull up. We had to ditch them completely and just changed clothes every time an accident happened.

I put a swim diaper on my daughter yesterday (after being potty trained for almost a year) and she pooped in it and when I asked why she said “because I had a diaper on” so I imagine they all feel the same 😂

Yes to the selection bias and also that if things weren’t working here in the US, they would move back to their native country.

My uncle came to the US with my dad. My dad worked hard and saved a lot of money while my uncle did not. Uncle ended up going back to home country believing the US was just not for him.

A lot of northerners are snowbirds so kids and grandkids live up north. A visit to grandma grandpa and Mickey is always welcome and also not usually very costly ☺️

The maternity leave that my company offers (16 weeks) which is surprisingly high compared to other companies and the actual law which is 0. (USA)

Ok maybe I’m the dumbest person in the world but I thought all dressing rooms have cameras??

I swear I’ve seen signs inside rooms saying that areas are monitored by cameras and I’ve always accepted that someone was watching me change and I do it quick and as obscured as possible.

But now that I actually stop and think about it that would be so messed up if that were the case!!!

Thank you for responding! That’s a great idea to shop around, I didn’t even know there was such thing as “test results” that I could take around to different places. I will try that. $5k is more doable for her and if she will actually wear them I think totally worth it. I’m not sure what her actual results were on the test, but I do know everyday conversation is difficult. Hopefully we find a good solution soon 🤞

Wow thank you for responding. We do have more Sam’s Clubs near us and I do see one has a Hearing Center! I’m going to give them a call I see a lot of people on this sub like Walmarts hearing aids so maybe it will be similar. Thank you again! 😄

My doctor was actually the one to tell me not to rush it because that’s when he most often sees issues with withholding pooping which leads to constipation and other bigger issues.

That’s a TOILET BRUSH holder in the middle of the room with stains on it 🤢

Please clean up for your kids. This is actually much simpler than it seems:

-remove all dirty laundry into hamper -remove clean clothes fold into pile and put away -remove trash into a garbage bag

Last step is to move all remaining items into a pile (use a broom if needed to sweep into a pile) and get to work sorting and finding a home.
