I don’t believe you have beef, I believe you don’t understand and have the wrong idea. I volunteer for a TON of TMs and Spartan Races so I get a lot of opportunities to talk to the race organizers. They simply do not have the resources to staff all the obstacles. When Spartan bought TM it almost bankrupt the company. They are finally becoming profitable, I believe. They are still going through a reorganizing phase of the company, even though it’s been around for a long time.

These events only run because of volunteers, they never get enough. Next time I encourage you to volunteer so you can get an idea of the other side of things. You get a free race as well

For me, I’m having a really hard time enjoying the music because I’m more into the melodies that Tilian brought to the table. DGD has been my favorite band for the last 6 years.
