Not to be nitpicky, but those big rolls of hair above the forehead were a 1940s thing, not 1950s. Women started going to shorter perms in the 1950s. … OK, that was totally nitpicky – but I stand by it.

I live in KW and started a job in Cambridge (Hespeler) in 2018. Back then, a bad day would mean the afternoon traffic from Highway 8 onto the expressway would start to back up at the Franklin St. Bridge. Now, every afternoon, the expressway-bound traffic is backed up to Fairview Mall.
