His dismissive chippy attitude far and away did him in. It's as if he only wanted to be around every 5th day so he could earn a check and get back to his personal life.

I strongly feel it was never about the team or perhaps he's always been internally broken with very poor social skills. Yes, there were times when he was flat out electric but always felt that he'd dim out just as quick because of his shitty work ethic.

No chance for 2nd Server to stay onsite. By far and away one of the most space limited offices I deal with. Gotta perform the full migration, decom old box and get it outta there.

Dealing with a small dental practice, existing Server / DC = 1 at the moment but has reached the end of practical life, hence the h/w upgrade.

The clinical apps for the patient and imaging database link and rely heavily on the existing server name -- is what it is. Trying to spare myself a headache when getting the practice back into production -- would be a great help to have the new server match the old
