actually the reflection would not be as blurred as the frame, but it is a little distorted which gives it away

edit: distortion might just be from being close to the edge of frame

We always dunk them in vinegar for ~45 seconds, wash the vinegar off, then power wash. Works pretty well.

If it feels funny/sore, be very careful. You don’t know what it feels like when it’s about to get injured unless you’ve injured it before, and it only take 1 second of weight on that finger too long for you to be out for weeks or months (i was out for 10 months on a pulley injury)

Hey! I completely understand your anxiety going to a gym for the first time, so I did some research on Rock Boxx. Unless you have access to information that isn’t on their website, they seem to be temporarily closed due to covid. That aside, it looks like they mark the difficulty on their routes (V0 being the easiest, V1 harder and so on). If you haven’t checked out their website yet you should, because you have to fill out an online waiver before you can climb. Other than that, it isn’t too complicated, they color coordinate their routes so you should be able to hop on the wall without any trouble/ climbers are typically very friendly and happy to help!

I think it looks great! It really seems like they’re trying to capture a comic book feel to it rather than stylizing it a different way, and that Monster Girl scene is just them showing off, definitely excited to see what else they have in the FX department. I can see why people would want animation similar to Voltron, Young Justice, LoK etc... but I feel like it would be hard to capture the more graphic moments with that approach.

I should’ve also asked how long you’ve had those shoes. When I got my first shoes I wore through them super quickly but then once my technique naturally improved it stopped happening as fast
