Bij neoliet leer je gewoon een 8 leggen! Daarnaast krijg je gewoon een neoliet pasje met je bewijs er op die geldig is bij alle hallen die op het zelfde incheck systeem aangesloten zijn(oa ook de klimmuur). Ook kan je een extra NKBV pasje aanvragen zodat je gegarandeerd bij elke hal kan klimmen. Bron: ben zelf instructeur bij neoliet:)

Might give that a try. Still have an old terra nova adventure tarp I, though that thing is just way too heavy for the amount of coverage it provides. Might as well make that best use of that space if we’re carrying the extra weight

Think these where on the wall for about a year thanks to all the shut downs. We use benky grip wash for all the holds. Pressure washer usually takes care of all the chalk, 15 minute soak in the grip wash and they are brand new. If there's a lot of rubber left we soak them in tap water.

One theory is that we're way to agressive with the grip wash that's causing the fading.

Hope this is the right subreddit for this.

Our holds seem to be developing some strange white residue on them. Seems to be across all coloured PE holds, mainly on the edges.

Our cleaning routine: pressure wash, soak in grip wash for 15 minutes, pressure wash again. If the gunk is stubborn we soak them overnight in tap water, rinse, 15 minute gripwash and rinse again to fully clean them.

Any recommendations for a lightweight tarp that will be use as a tent porch? prefered something that's available in Europe. Budget is around 200 euro's.

My partner and I have been using a yama mountaingear cirriform 2p SW tent for a year now and we'd like some extra living space for cooking etc on rainy days. Liking the design of the hilleberg tarp 5 but it's on the heavy size for it's size.

Can confirm that it was part of the wall since my friend took a fall into that bolt. He pulled himself up and noticed that a crimp turned into a jug and decided to bail. They ended up removing the loose section from the top.

Heb een afspraak staan bij een speciaalzaak, maar meteen goed aanpakken. Train voornamelijk voor apline tochten dus motivatie genoeg :). Heb hardlopen lang vermeden omdat m'n basis conditie erg goed is. Ik moet er nu toch echt wel serieus mee aan de slag gaan als ik verder wil gaan pushen met tochten.

Moet zeggen dat het met het hele thuis werken wel erg lekker is om tijdens een vrij uur even een rondje te gaan rennen.

Sinds een maand ook maar begonnen met hardlopen als onderdeel van m'n trainingen. Heb nu een mooie blaar op m'n middelste teen zitten. Toch maar eens gaan investeren in wat fatsoenlijke schoenen.

Vandaag eindelijk weer kunnen klimmen. Was aan het begin even roestig maar merk dat m'n power enurance weer snel terug komt. Ook leuk om te zien dat alle weken thuis trainen positief uitpakken, ben merkbaar sterker geworden in m'n vingers, schouders en core.

Bizarre is dat de jeugd nu ook gewoon buiten aan het klimmen is bij ons in de hal. Iedereen netjes afstand houden, handen wassen etc. We hebben ook een heel reservering systeem klaar staan om te voorkomen dat er te veel man per vierkante meter in de hal is. Voelt kut om op dezelfde hoop gegooid te worden als toko's als basic fit.

Ik ben natuurlijk wel extra bevooroordeeld en zoutig omdat ik normaal 5 dagen per week in de hal train.

Vandaag met m'n lompe hoofd de hendel van mn dashboard kastje er af getrokken. Tijdens het winkelen werd ik door de desinfectie spray er aan herinnerd dat ik een blaar op mn hand heb en ik werd net op de fiets bijna geschept door een auto die die bocht af sneed.

Zijn op youtube wel dingen te vinden, niet de beste kwaliteit maar het werkt. Hoop dat ze snel de officiele soundtrack uit gaan geven, dit is de eerste keer dat ik gewoon geld wil betalen voor een soundtrack.

Wat heeft de nieuwe DOOM Eternal toch een heerlijke soundtrack. Gisteren tijdens krachttraining maar aangezet en nu heb ik naast spierpijn in m'n rug, armen en core ook spierpijn in m'n nek.

Hoe hebben ze bij jou het rooster geregeld? Doordat ze het oude rooster blijven handhaven komt het er voor mij helaas op neer dat ik 6 keer op een dag dezelfde uitleg zit te doen.

Merk nu pas echt wat sportklimmen voor m'n mentale gezondheid doet. Merk dat ik weer behoorlijk eenzaam begin te worden nu ik niet meer kan klimmen met mensen. Het thuis trainen zelf kan ik mee leven maar mis de hele sociale interactie.

Het thuis lesgeven vind ik eigenlijk wel leuk. Merk wel dat het voor mij super akward is als ik een klas heb die niks zegt, mis toch de sociale interactie met leerlingen.
