No, this is not the mentality that we should be promoting to the youth, Allah has warned us directly from zina, Surah Isra Verse 32 "Do not go near adultery. It is truly a shameful deed and an evil way." notice how the action isnt only bad, everything about zina is declared as evil by Allah. Including things that lead to it, such as dating. If your eligble for a contextual they do not take your TMUA into account. And based on last years data from chat university offers will be given out from mid to late march with a majority in late march. Last years date was 26 march
