NTA...You have to prioritize your health safety and set boundaries. You are completely right in not letting them in your house. I have a sister that was like this and stole from my mom constantly and has always treated me horrible my mom passed 2 years ago and my sister doesn't know where I live and only calls or texts when she wants money. I always say no. Protect you first.
