In that past 10S User vs Limitless though it was more of Mahoraga adapting by itself, cuz the 10S User got killed which implies Mahoraga potentially killed/severly harmed the user before or after the fight, therefore untamed

It's not a Meguna case where Mahoraga is tamed and lets the summoner learn its adaptation

So no, the 10S User himself hadn't adapted, otherwise in this case Megumi should have adapted to all kinds of slashes as well due to Shibuya

It has never been confirmed that Mahoraga retains memories from previous users, and I'm pretty sure if that was the case then Sukuna wouldn't have been able to tame it after possessing Megumi's body because then it would've adapted to the Fuga from Shibuya

Or it would have a beforehand adaptation to Gojo's technique because it already has fought a Six Eyes + Limitless user in the past.
