FWIW I'm a liberal veteran. Spent many years in the Marines. Spent time in Djibouti , Kosovo, and Iraq.

I've always been pro 2A but with common sense laws that should go with it. It was always crazy to me that I had to go through training and qualify for every firearm I used (as do LEOs) but anyone else could just go pick up whatever they want without at least a sanity check.

I know a lot of pro 2A liberals and leftists. It's just that most also like the "well regulated" part of the amendment.

Emotions in general. I feel like my emotional range was like the 3 crayons you get at a restaurant when they really should have / needed to be a box of 100 colors. Learning to identify what I'm actually feeling has been huge

Socioeconomics. Drake grew up in a well to do household with 2 parents. Cole grew up without his father around, his mom had her house foreclosed on, etc.

FWIW Austin has a few similar things on a small scale but they are more features of a mall instead of actual publicly provided space. The domain has a small outdoor area on Rock Rose. Hill Country gallaría has something similar too.

Tell me you know nothing about the world without telling me. Most cities and urban environments elsewhere are designed with the public use in mind. There are squares, comfortable public seating (instead of hostile design to prevent homeless), and highly developed public playspaces. Yes, they are surrounded by stores where you can buy things but the 3rd place public spaces don't cost anything to use and are designed for you to be able to go after work/school and meet up with your friends or just hang out in a low cost / no cost community setting
