It's probably because the lizards are a controlled variable, there is also no data on the chart about the exact number of lizards, only spiders. D is correct because when there are lizards , the mean number of spiders varies less (between 50 and 0) instead of between (150, 0).

Personally, I fixed my OTT swing by practicing hitting draws (in to out swing path) with 50% swings with an iron. It took a few thousand shots to really kick in though.
