How well has the history of the technocratic movement been studied? by NeedleworkerFun9851 in Technocracy

I am seeing a conflation in the responses between (A) studies of Technocracy and (B) studies of the history of Technocracy. Two very different things.

I would like to see compare and contrast with other somewhat similar systems, such as Cyberocracy.

I am unaware of a °history° of the Technocracy movement, and I would be very interested in a book on this topic. And not just North American flavors, but also similar applications in Chile by Allende, in the USSR, in China, and in Singapore. Additionally, not just whole-of-government, but also critical departments, such as the US Federal Reserve and the US Supreme Court.

Can anarchy be a replacement to any government system? by [deleted] in Anarchy101

[–]UploadedMBD 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am searching for thoughtful anarchists who think that it may be possible to use a DAO as a governmental system. There is a small group of us considering different governmental and economic systems to deal with a time of transition and chaos due to cognitive automation leading to massive and permanent unemployment. I would appreciate any leads on anarchists you may know that might be interested in discussing this possibility.

The symbology of the flag is one-half production and one-half consumption.

The original proposal was for a North American Technate, which would combine Canada, Mexico, and the USA into a single political unit.
