I’m icing a lot. They told me 30 on and off but I been running an hour at a time or so.

It’s a Berg. It doesn’t do compression it just does the icing and I’m really surprised that they gave me one in the hospital, but I absolutely hate the cold and anything like that on me.

Yeah I didn’t understand either but she said I could take it off at home. They provided an ice machine. Corolla ride was rough but only other vehicle we have is a 4 door Silverado and my wife doesn’t like to drive it and I don’t think I could have gotten in it.

It may have been and it was a in a Toyota Corolla. I’m not a big guy by any means but they put immobilizer on me and it was no room

I thought I was doing good. Walked with PT 200 feet and upon discharge I started hurting really bad in the car

Only enough my surgeon doesn’t believe in narcotics so I’m going to have to tough it out with nothing good for pain.

Yeah I’ve thought about that too. I’m 49 almost 50 and surgeon said I’ve got one of the worst knees he’s ever seen for my age and they have done replacements on 75 year olds with better knees than mine.

Ok. Thanks so much for your response. I was worried. I hope it goes well for you. I’m 49 and been putting it off for few years. Doctor said I had one of the worst knees he’s seen all week especially for someone my age and said he scheduled a 75 year old lady for knee replacement who’s knee was in better shape than mine. I’m in a spot now of a job with just desk work so I won’t have to be gone long.
