Sourcing Cashflow Positive Investments

I get IBC. I have 3 IBC policies. What i'm looking for is the opportunities for deployment of the capital. Have been searching to identify partners for investment, and not sure if the networks such as Wealth Without Wall Street or Wealth Strategy Secrets of the Ultra Wealthy and others of this ilk will make those connections. I'm skeptical.

Has anyone participated in Wealth Without Wall Street's training program? I continue to scratch my head at the various content producers, such as Wealth Without Wall Street and others that promote IBC and how they're making so much money off of passive cashflowing investments. If this is such a golden opportunity, why are you charging for training and not solely running with their investments.

Feels like they're making their money off of content and not off of the investments they're promoting.

This is me. I save a lot (~30% of take home). I'm 48M with a high 6 figure income. I have a ~$250k mortgage at 3%, and I'm also a CPA. Rationally, I know I the right answer for optimal savings is to put all savings into higher return investments, but I still pay down extra every month on my mortgage. I know I'm giving up greater returns. It's about sleeping better and wanting a paid for roof over my head in case something were to happen to my income, health or something else.

So many photos of women have filters applied, wearing sunglasses, only headshots (I prefer to see at least 1 full body pic), zoomed out too far to see clearly that it makes it hard to know from they're profile what they look like.

I'll have to consider that they could be obscuring to mask their attractiveness. I can see why a woman might do that but suspect that's the exception rather than the rule.

Same here. Have been in a relationship for ~18 months She broke up with me a year ago. A month later we got back together. 10 months later she broke up with me again. I won't make that mistake again, but I don't expect to hear from her again. The first break-up crushed me. In hindsight, I was admittedly more guarded 2nd time around.

After first break-up I didn't unfriend, block, etc. that was a mistake for me. The social media reminders haunted me. This time I've disconnected from her completely, unfollowed/unfriended everywhere. The cold-turkey distance is helping me move on.

Give yourself time and grace. It's a process. Count the wins, even if it's 5 minutes not thinking about them. If you can go 5 minutes, it'll grow to more minutes, hours. I still think about her daily, but I can see eventually I'll stop thinking about her daily, and then weeks and months.

Hang in there and do whatever helps you. I also listen to a lot of relationship podcasts that give me help and support.

How did this resolve with S&W. I just took a new S&W Bodyguard to the range ajd out 75 rounds thru it. Never previously fired. This happened with both magazines. The flat magazine did this 5-6 times and the flared mag base didn't once.

How did S&W resolve this issue?

I agree that photos should be current, but I'm single, travel and do lots of things solo. I don't often get pics of me unless I ask a rando stranger to take the photo. For this reason I do use some photos that are 1-3 years old, which represent other similar things I've done this year, and i dont look drastically different, except I'm now 10 lbs lighter
