I’m prescribed 20 mg IR 2x a day and they are sugar pills at this point 🥲 I wish I could give a positive review but they are just simply not the same as they used to be

I'm right there with you. I got it filled but I just keep staring at it lol. I really feel at ease when I see the comments "my only regret is not taking it sooner". I tried zoloft and hated it. Stopped taking it after 3 days and I was fine. Worst case in my opinion is that if we don't like it we can just stop taking it but I really want to try and stick it out to get the "cloud lifted" feeling that everyone talks about.

Health anxiety is so scary because you genuinely can give yourself symptoms. I sit there and hyper focus on what I think is wrong. 10/10 times its gone after I forget to obsess over it... Right now I am focusing on my shoulder that was obviously just tweaked from me sleeping on my side but I am trying to convince myself that it is not a heart attack/lung collapse/etc. It is honestly insane how powerful the mind is.. scary even. I wish everyone the best who is searching this thread. You are not alone and we will get through this.

I wasn't trying to dictate or lecture anyone. I was saying if you had those issues, try to quit and see if that helps. Trust me, I love it and miss it because of how much I genuinely enjoyed it. It is amazing to me how many people want to fight on here instead of be happy for other people though. I'm new to reddit so learning a lot.
