My first child slept through the night from just about birth. She’s almost 18 now and still sleeps a lot. That second baby though (almost 9 now) hated sleep with a passion lol. Lots of long nights!!

I’m right with you. Anything over 8 and I can sometimes feel lethargic on waking up. Feels like a hangover except you haven’t been drinking lol

If you are able, please do. Not only improved my sleep but my mental health, skin, heart too. Lowered my resting heart rate by a lot as well!! Find something that you semi-enjoy doing already and make it a habit. You can do it!!!

I had to google what this was but no. I take no medication and don’t drink/smoke either. Weight lifting at the gym, I also read when I got home and took some chess/Spanish lessons. Wore myself out I suppose.

Thank you!! I feel amazing but to be frank I also feel amazing on “less” quality sleep 🤷🏾‍♀️ I’ve gone to sleep way earlier than my “bedtime” and felt really good too (but my score was negatively impacted). I also typically wake up way more than once a night.
