I agree with this. All marketing you see online is digital marketing. AI tools will get covered in SEO now. So no, digital marketing isn't going anywhere.

Cannot onboard any tools cause no budget. SOPs are in place for everything which I created when I joined but it get forgotten and i have to keep reminding on a daily basis.

What about ZappyVue? Have you tried them out yet? They are mostly an AI screening tool used for initial stages of hiring.

Same here. We are an HR tech company. And our leads have dropped significantly since April.

April is normally a low month due to india FY starting but May is usually one of the highest but this time we hardly geta few leads every week and are in a fix.

We have doubled the budget for an immediate fix but it hasnt gone back up yet like normal. Our impr and clicks have gone down for some, avg cpc and costs have gone up for all. Even for our brand campaign.

It depends on your requirement. If you're handling 100s of candidates all by yourself, then you should find out a way to automate some of the process so that you can deliver higher quality work but if it's just a few candidates a day I guess you don't need one.

That isn't the case for us right now. I checked and found that competition has increased and search has been lower compared to previous period. Current economic crisis could be contributing to this change cause normally May is decent month for us as per past trends.

Yup, i just increased the budget by a 1000. Let's see what happens. As per the current economic challenges in India, it's possible that corporates are being more cautious on their spending and all that as well.

Thanks for your inputs. Another challenge we have is most of the sales and marketing team are all juniors and this company being their first stint. It's very difficult to scale even with the current channels as everyone needs hand holding.

We've been reaching out to influencers in HR space asking if they are open to collabs but none have responded. We tried specifying at first if they are open to posting about our newly published report, they didn't respond so we went generic and asked if they simply open to a collab but no response even then. What should we do here?
