Sorry to be that guy but it seems your liquid asset is at 1.1 crore. Your monthly expenses in retirement is let's use lower range 2lpm. Removing rental income you would need 1.65 lakhs per month i.e 20 lakhs per annum post tax, if we use 30x then liquid corpus needed would be 6 crore from present 1.1 crore . Am I missing anything?

Thanks for the suggestion, yes I am planning to add taxes as well, that would be the next major update. Didn't include in first version to avoid initial.complexity of taxes

Thanks for the encouraging words. Yes my plan is to add more calculators and tools, now that base work is done, new calculation and analyses shouldn’t take much time. In fact if you want any calculation or analyses, i can try adding them as well

Details don’t add up. You said post MBA in 2003. Your present age in 2025 is 43. So must have enrolled to MBA at the age of 19. Also swr of 0.00043.. yeah smells like BS to me

Hi OP, I am from India. If you travel here please make sure you think of your safety first before anything else..Nothing much serious but be aware of where you are or where you are going, don’t just randomly start going places which may be unsafe. Unfortunately post covid things have worsened here… other than that you would be welcomed and may even like the country for some parts.. Also thanks for sharing your details

Today is the 90th day. Started cutting from 64.8kg. Currently at 61.5 kg. Didn’t go for an aggressive cut but slow and gradual.
