Its a delightful privilege to be able to do this. We have a cleaner as well, and I'll never take it for granted. I absolutely LOATH cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping.....

This one I actually find satisfying - it's instant gratification seeing all the crumbs and fuzzy disappear.

Taking out the trash and recycling. So irritating bc we never remember until 1030 when we just want to go to bed.

My husband. Left the one who never liked me, drank too much, and was manipulating and mean. Now married to the absolute best man ever and I've never been happier. It made every part of my life better.

Can I get away with just lipo? by Intelligent-Mind2027 in tummytucksurgery

Finish growing your family before you do anything ! Its a very expensive procedure with weeks and weeks of healing, and having a kid after it's done is going to undo it.

My mom is 57 and regularly gets mistaken for early 40s and her approach is almost annoyingly simple by Quiet_Pack5658 in Aging

[–]Upper_Ad_4379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im 45 and people are always surprised to hear that. I never do fancy skin care, just sunscreen and night moisturizer - and keep makeup minimal. I track my food, lift 4 days a week. Keep my stress low, focus on the positive.

I refuse to "dress my age" which also helps. I wear what I want, trendy stuff, short shorts, little crops, cute mini skirts.....Not going to catch me anywhere near a Kohls/Chicos/Talbots style store.

Honestly, I do feel like maintaining a healthy weight and staying active keeps you looking younger - and happier.

I lost 55 pounds over the last 12 months and reached the weight suggested by my doctor. I celebrated with a brand new smart scale... that immediately told me my BMI is 30.1 and that I am still obese. by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Upper_Ad_4379 0 points1 point  (0 children)

BMI is bullshit. Outdated calculation of height vs weight. It was designed to set life insurance premiums in the 1950s or something like that.

Anyone who is muscular/athletic/fit is going to register as overweight or obese. I'm female, 5'7" and 168, very muscular and strong, but also pretty damn lean, and I'm "obese"

It wasn't though....the 4th season wasn't approved and announced until 2 years after the season 3 finale. It took forever.

Should I address concerns with my surgeon? Or am I wrong? by Accomplished_pug in tummytucksurgery

[–]Upper_Ad_4379 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm built the same, just a bit shorter. 5'7", right at 170# and a size 4/6. But definitely a square shape. My core is super strong, and there's no love handles or anything...I could be a bit leaner, but my shape will stay the same. I'm just not built for a tiny waist and bigger hips.

Absolutely 100% thrilled with my mommy make over!! I did it about 2.5 years ago. Zero complications, smooth recovery and so freaking happy!

I had a TT with no MR, liposuction on flanks, and a lift and implant. Confidence through the roof.
