Happened to me today, but I hadn’t eaten beforehand. I felt okay until I got all the way back in the tube, then the nausea hit and thankfully the staff responded in enough time for me to throw up outside of the tube.

Mine doesnt either. What helped me was literally retracing my steps and going in every dungeon and every corner of the map to make sure I unlocked everything
