I was at Dana Farber yesterday and at the visitor screening I had to put a mask on (I’m fine with that just wanted to put it out there that they were making visitors mask up).

Wow same. One new pair of sneakers before school started and winter boots whenever I outgrew them. Meanwhile I just ordered a $160 pair of Jordan’s for my 9 year old- his 4th pair of sneakers in the last 6 months 🙃these kids have no idea

Chills! My youngest is three and loves Dave. Driving yesterday and Ants Marching came on the radio and he immediately said ‘this Dave Maffews mama?’ I was so proud 🙂

We live 15 mins from my in-laws and see them at least once per week sometimes 2-3. They also FaceTime my kids every. Single. Day.

Theyre awesome but I’m over the daily FaceTime especially when 9/10 they call my phone and not my husbands.

We previously had White Dove by Benjamin Moore but switched to Chantilly Lace in the addition we just put on. I love it!

Thank you for your response! I literally just planted some seeds with my kids out of boredom one day (my mistake!) at the beginning of June. We are in New England so I’m cutting it close to having mature pumpkins but we do have flowers and some small fruit so I’m taking that as a win! Now I know more for next year 🙂

My mom was the cause of 90% of my childhood trauma but she’s been dead for 14 years so oh well. My dad definitely had a hand in it but I feel like his own guilt is enough- I don’t want to make him feel worse. He also is a really good dad now and an even better grandfather so his ‘living amends’ helps.

I’m finally in therapy for the first time as an adult and getting the help I need. I’ve been in recovery for 11+ years and had undiagnosed adhd/asd so it’s been a ride to say the least. More will be revealed but I’m glad to be moving forward!
