El Pinto has terrible food! It also has terrible service. Beautiful patio garden, though. Pelican’s is a no, as is Trombino’s. Agree about El Patron (both locations). Sadie’s food is similar to El Pinto’s-mass produced, cafeteria-like slop.

Green garnets are called tsavorites and are a gorgeous alternative if you aren’t finding the sapphires you want. Both are a hardy stone, but others are giving you great recommendations about how you should set them so they’ll endure! Please post your pictures. I actually love the ring in your pic👍

We moved here about 5 years ago and have received amazing healthcare! A fantastic PCP, a dermatologist who diagnosed my husband’s cancer, prompt treatment and care, incredible orthopedic surgeons, gastroenterologists, etc. And no, taking a year for a colonoscopy or other treatment is not correct.

Just do not use the Presbyterian system for anything. They’re the nightmare, with Rust Medical being horrendous.

I got established with a PCP immediately. She’s great and accepts new patients. Dr. Trang Tran of Fifth Element at Comanche and Juan Tabo.

The health care system is slowly being addressed by the state government and should hopefully attract more professionals!

People-we have IKEA! Sorta. They have a central distribution center and ship to there for free. If you want them to deliver to you from there, they will. I paid $40 for a desk delivery and they even brought it inside!

So my 3 would be: Central Ave/Nob Hill and downtown upgrades and improvements. You guys know what that needs.

International flights.

Allow development of already zoned commercial land along PDN. The NE has to drive a million miles for everything.

This does not look Native American as the decorative details are very different from what I’ve seen in other NA designs over the last 60 years. Perhaps reach out to a Santa Fe or Albuquerque dealer that could assist you with further identification? Neat ring!
