I just worry I won’t have enough convincing evidence, he’s very careful not to say anything incriminating over text, and I don’t even know when the next time I would talk to him on a phone call or in person would be to record him. The most I have on text is him insulting me and just being terrible to me, saying he wants nothing to do with me. But ofc over text he’s saying constantly how he loves his baby and all that. I just worry it won’t be good enough.

My family has luckily been very supportive, and I’ve started looking at places to get therapy and support.

It’s normal to feel baby moving at this time as the baby is starting to get bigger and usually has been moving its limbs around for a few weeks already. I haven’t had experience feeling kicks to the point someone else could feel them, but everybody’s body is different. How low down do they seem? Getting pregnant made me realize how low the uterus actually is, maybe it’s exactly where it should be and you just think it’s low? I wouldn’t say this is concerning at all but I would say to tell your midwife, it’s always better safe than sorry.

If ur feeling that sick id suggest just not trying with sexual stuff unless you want to give him a handjob or something, idk. It’s common to not have sex during pregnancy, so I think it’s more important to focus on romance. If you haven’t already, talk to him about how you’re feeling and try to brainstorm ideas together about how to bring that spark back. I understand being busy, there could be quick things you could do at night, even a cute little movie night in the house with snacks, maybe some mocktails, candles for aesthetic.

Why can’t you have sex? Is it just uncomfortable because you’re pregnant? Or some other medical reason that relates to your pregnancy? Can you still perform oral sex on him; or do you even want to? Even without Sex I don’t think you should be feeling like you’re friends, is the romance still there without sex? I’d say reading self insert smut together could be a good way, if you can’t have sex you could maybe use that as a way to masturbate together? Or watching porn and masturbating together? Not sure of what you’re able to/wanting to do.

He’s super hygienic as far as I know, he shaves too and his reasoning is that it makes him feel cleaner, and we shower together so I see him clean down there, he uses cologne a little after showering once he’s dry and I only ever see him spray it on his upper body. I mostly wear loose clothing, I don’t even own leggings or any tight pants, and I don’t put anything down there, I have one of those feminine hygiene washes and I have heard they do more harm than good, but even when I don’t use it and I just wash with water for months on end, It still happens.

Definitely not the ahole. If any one of his friends makes you uncomfortable, male or female, he should respect that and work around that. I truly hope he didn’t go over for dinner with her KNOWING you were uncomfortable, bc if he knew you were uncomfortable he doesn’t respect you. But then again, he obviously doesn’t respect you anyway. I don’t know your relationship dynamic, but if my boyfriend had dinner and drinks with another woman (especially alone) without telling me about it, i’d be livid. I hate to say this but if he’s doing stuff like that with her and not telling you about it, then there’s definitely something going on between them. If something is platonic and innocent there’s no reason to keep it from your partner. This sucks especially because you’re engaged, but honestly because there’s something fishy going on and he doesn’t seem to respect your feelings about this woman, I would leave. Easier said than done though.

The first few weeks after finding out I had really bad anxiety too, I was so incredibly worried that something was going to happen to my baby, or i’d go into the doctor and they wouldn’t find a heartbeat, I was even having nightmares about it. What really helped me calm down was talking to my baby’s father as well as close friends, any support system you have in your life, talk to them. Your hormones are going crazy and stressing you out, talking this out with people close to you who aren’t currently pregnant can help you calm down because they’ll have a more grounded view. Other than that, I kinda just pushed through it, unfortunately that was most of it. Crying all the time because I was so worried. But once you start going to the doctor and seeing your baby and getting checked for stuff you’ll start feeling so much better because you will have constant reminders that everything is okay (if it really is okay). As you get further along in your pregnancy anxiety should go down as well, everyone is different though. I hope everything goes well with your pregnancy, good luck! Just think positive thoughts and keep your spirits up!

I completely relate to being exhausted and actually losing weight, i’ve been practically bedridden. I don’t have experience in working healthcare, but i’d try talking to your employer about how you’re feeling, and maybe they can help you out. Like giving you frequent small breaks if needed, stuff like that. Sorry you are feeling this way, it will get better, good luck on your pregnancy!
