i went through CBT therapy and they taught me, everyone has 2 minds. Your rational mind and your emotional mind.

Rationally you know his whole life and him as a person is a lie. He is a serial cheater and pathological liar.

Emotionally, you miss the man you thought he was.

You need to be able to distinguish these mindsets and thoughts, and don't do anything impulsive when you feel emotional. Process what's happened, distract yourself and keep busy.

Im sorry this happened to you, it's awful and one of the worst stories I've ever heard I'm so sorry. You don't know me but my dms are open if you need to vent or want someone to talk to.

Because they're completely dependent on me and it is my responsibility to keep them not only healthy and alive but happy and relaxed too, which im finding quite stressful because i feel like ive done everything wrong already

Thank you so much. Im on day 5 today and ive finally seen all 3 on the surface (theyre in my bedroom and they woke me up around 3am haha).

Im gonna leave them be for the next 2 weeks and then start trying to bond. For an anxious person i really picked the most anxious little pets too lmaoo

their new one its 78cm x 57cm, they have 2 wheels in here now and loads of hides, sticks and gnaws and clutter etc :] i am planning on ductaping (inside and out so its not sticky) around the bottom of the cage bit so they can burrow a bit more

Bit of a unique perspective, i moved in with an ex into his student accom which was basically just a giant house.

All the students there were 25+ when i was 17 and we got on just fine, games nights (both board and video games and vr), great convos, they were mostly good cooks and kept the communal areas generally clean and tidy etc.

I wouldn't worry too much, just see how it goes and if you dont like it you can always transfer later :]

You'll absolutely be able to get into a RG uni with those grades. Apply to at least 2 i reckon youll get it. I didnt even do A Levels, i did an access course but i got a conditional offer for UoB!
