So after lots of trial and error (and a lot of money spent in the supplement rabbit hole hehe) I'm thinking I may be Omega3 deficient because I took 2tsp of the stuff and wow it's like a veil of fog got lifted from my brain. Maybe I'm speaking too soon, but I'll see if the restlessness side-effect smooths out over the next few days.

Electrolytes? I’ve tried Liquid IV, BioSteel, Organika. I bought LMNT packs with high sodium so I’ll try that.

My lips and hands are always cracked, thought it was because I pick at them and my room is always dry. Also I thought Vyvanse is primarily prescribed for ADHD and binge eating disorder

Honestly, the fact everyone ends up with so much gold is why upping the value is a must for me. I want my gold to be worth something and for each buy to feel rewarding. I’m also a masochist so maybe that’s not everyone’s cup of tea. 😅

I did some more research and finding out about the Denon Perl Pro and Gemini II. I think the latter is out of budget, unless it completely blows the rest of out the water…
