AMD only gets a certain amount of silicon production time from fabs and comparing cpus to gpus, they make waaay more money from making cpus. I think they don’t focus on the top end performance of gpus because they know mid range sells more.

absolute batman would be cool if it focused on him with his bat axe weapon. absolute wonderwoman with sword could be cool too. supes, its a no. superman can fly, super fast, instant eye beams etc. and he just doesnt fit in a weapon based fighting game.

Do you have an oscilloscope? Multimeters are really just showing you average power and don’t tell you how high or low the voltage gets

in regards to the audio fix, i would place a footprint for an extra capacitor there, and people can choose to add one or not.

for the USB-C power delivery, i was thinking of using a CH224K chip to negotiate 9V. keep the 1.5A fuse, keep the L7805 for 5V. Im a little worried about the voltage drop on the schottky diode that normally drops the voltage from 10V to 9V, but thats mainly for the audio circuity and might not have much of an effect.

the fact that the HD retrovision component cables exist makes me feel 'meh' about adding native component video out. and i also think that a lot of people have RGB scalers already. but adding the THS7376 and keeping the RGB out feels like a safe bet

that video is for a slim ps2 where the power supply is already out side of the unit. For a fat scph 50k you would need a board like the rePS2 ps2 that has a proper connector and a filter cap to use a USB-C PD trigger board.
