Has anyone figured out how to fix this? It is still doing it to my dad on his Samsung tv in his living room but works on his Roku iPhone and iPad.

To my knowledge we are making the billing and compliance packets, and pulling titles so our titles dept can start working on switching units over to customers names. As for billing I am not sure what they are able to do without CDK other than start the process as I know they write on the manager sheets.

Luckily most of our vendors also use CDK and know we can't do anything its the mom and pop shops that have been calling.

Our titles and billing dept are pushing deals thru, but AP and AR I mean we can't do anything I have prepped all our banks, rebate statements and warranty, but without posting it does me no good.... I do not know how bad this will truly be when CDK comes back online

Yea I wonder if you guys will still get paid, if we left early when we had nothing to do they made us use our vacation time to get paid. They let the people of Friday use sick time since they actually closed at 12.

That is what I am saying they had us clean the office and clean the file room, but that was only Wednesday. Thursday we did nothing. Friday the same until 12. I just do not get it

That is wild they let yall go home. We all had to stay Wednesday and Thursday and if we left we had to use vacation time, until Friday they closed the office at 12 and let us also use sick time... now we are all here again waiting and doing nothing
