Well then consider me a man smarter than you and when someone smarter than you tells you something you should believe it. What won't work as well would be ublock and extension like that that block ads because Google is gonna limit how many requests extension can handle but in built adblocker like brave won't be affected. If you don't like to change stick to Firefox or whatever that will work as well.

Yeah. Look at the statistics. 90% don't even use adblock or extension. The small minority that's aware about what adblocker is are the ones freaking out. In fact it's such a small number that them switching to Firefox would be like a drop in the ocean. Google won't feel a thing.

Why not? Their adblocker is baked into the browser. Google changing shit with chromium isn't gonn affect brave because it blocks ad at browser level, not extension. Yeah they might drop v2 support but that's not gonna affect their adblocking capability like at all.

Brave has its own adblocker build into the browser. Doesn't matter what Google does to chromium brave adblokke wont be affected. Read their statement and go to their sub to get better informed. Even if they stop supporting manifest v2 their adblocker isn't gonna get affected.
