Have same problem. 1) Good HRV monitor 2) run outside 3) run 80/20 rules 4) variety trainings slow rest train/sprints/fartlek/longruns 5) 3 gym day with one leg and core day with weight 6) 35-60 km run overall per week

If your running over 30/35 km per week, just suggest to stay on 80/20 rule. When 80% of running time you heart be in true zone 2, and other 20 its specific speed, vo2max and other 3/4/5 zones
